SPARC Europe and LIBER are working on a Memorandum of Understanding; this understanding has been set up to avoid overlapping activities concerning Open Access.
SPARC Europe and OASPA have established a partnership to strengthen the network. OASPA’s president is a member of the SPARC Europe Board of Directors and SPARC Europe’s executive director is a member of the OASPA board and treasurer of the OASPA foundation.
SPARC Europe and COAR have established a mutual partnership and they agreed on working together in the field of Institutional Repositories.
