Alma Swan, SPARC Europe’s Director of Advocacy, was invited to convene a group from the Open Access community in Europe to meet with Máire Geoghegan-Quinn, Commissioner for Research & Innovation.
The purpose was to discuss Open Access in Horizon 2020 and the ERA. The meeting took place on Monday 24 September in Brussels. The official note of the meeting is here: http://ec.europa.eu/research/
