2017
• Service management of Sherpa RoMEO in line with agreed Service Level Agreements
• Infrastructure improvements to the existing service architecture and database, this will deliver; a new service API, UI and Admin Module along with enhancements to the existing data ingest tools to allow them to work with publisher APIs
• October 2017 – launch of service data audit
2018
• Service management of Sherpa RoMEO in line with agreed Service Level Agreements
• March 2018 – launch of a Volunteer Engagement/Management Programme aimed at recruiting volunteers to help with the day-to-day curation of service data
• Continue with service data audit and complete end of July 2018
• February-April 2018, begin and complete operational review of data curation processes
2019
• Service management of Sherpa RoMEO in line with agreed Service Level Agreements
• March-October 2019, begin development work on data ingest tools and develop tools to automate existing manual data acquisition processes and improve existing automated processes
