SPARC Europe is looking for an Open Education Community Manager community manager who will help build European library capacity when supporting those who create, access, re-use, adapt and redistribute Open Education Resources (OER). In addition, the community manager will support the development of supportive policy for Open Education in Europe, thereby supporting the UNESCO OER Recommendation.
